Mike Dowling and associates have entered into a partnership with Tsung-Shih Candy Kuo from Taiwan to establish MBHT Holistic & FABULOUS Perfumery Academy International in the United Kingdom.

Candy Kuo achieved a Masters degree from Kao Yuan University and PhD degree from Chang Juag Christian Univertsity.  She was trained to a high level of massage therapy skills by Helen McGuiness Health & Beauty Training International in Eastleigh, England in 2011, 2012, 2015 and gained VTCT qualification certificates. She additionally trained in the disciplines of aromatherapy and massage in Canada with Joyessence Aromatherapy Centre and as an instructor in aromatherapy.  She later studied as a perfumer at the "Cotswold Perfumery in the UK in 2019 and established her own perfumery workshop in Taiwan in the same year.
